Automatic Bale Ejection:
The large-size infeed makes for no idle time during the compacting process. A sensor helps to avoid machine overload, in instances when an excess of material is introduced.
Once the pre-defined weight is reached, the material is automatically strapped, which saves time and does away with laborious manual strapping or bundling.
Strapping material can be easily changed (standard PP strapping, 1000 m, for up to 200 bales); the bales are automatically fed out of the machine.
Equipped with a tray to collect scraps and cuttings, etc.

Safety
Automatic lubrication of feed chain guarantees perfect operation.

• Robust feed chain is equipped with a highly resistant steel frame, and feeds the material for compacting into the chamber. The cogged rotating steel rollers compress the material until a compact bale is produced.
• Ready to use at any time. With the optional photo-electric relay, the machine can be automatically activated for operation when waste material is introducted into the feed; likewise, the machine will automatically stop operation when no new material is introduced.
• The compactor is equipped with a sensor to avoid machine overload, automatically stopping operations when overly large or excessive amounts of material are fed into the machine.
• The machine's robust construction guarantees perfect operation.
• Important safety features:
  • Emergency stop switch.
  • Automatic safety bar, to stop operations in instances when operators are too close to the machine.
  • The safety bar guarantees that operators remain at a safe distance from the automatic door.
  • When the feed chain return button is activated, the material is automatically ejected.
