The all-new Vahle Powercom® CPS closes a gap in the Vahle CPS product line. This innovative technology makes interference-free communication possible between all connected mobile units following the incorporation of the Powercom® CPS into the primary current supply. In addition to the 20 kHz needed for the current supply, an FSK-modulated carrier frequency for the data signal, is used to assure interference free data transmission.
Thus, a reliable data interface is available for Automated Monorails, Floor Carriers etc. utilizing Profibus DP or other two-wire bus systems with a 11-bit protocol and a data rate of 19.2 kbit/s. Tree, ring or linear structures with crossovers and separations may be incorporated.
Vahle Powercom® CPS System's Advantages:
