Vahle's Copperhead Conductor Rail represents a neat, compact arrangement, with proven success for safe power feeds on: travelling cranes, loading bridges, container handling equipment, monorails, hoists, coking machinery, among others. Vahle Copperhead Conductor Rails are available in sizes to meet individual current requirements from 200 to 3000 Amps.
Main sector applications include: steel mills, coking plants, gas works, cement industries, shipping yards and docking companies, transit, and people moving systems. Available in custom-made specifications.

Vahle's Insulated Conductors are designed in accordance with international safety regulations for a mulitude of power supply applications. They fully meet VDE 0100; are finger safe to EN 60529 (VDE 0470, part 1, protection code IP 23 for vertical arrangement), and are UL, SAA and SEV approved. The casing which covers the conductors is an excellent insulator, thus guaranteeing utmost safety in operation.
Standard rail sections are 6 m long ( U 35: 6,25 m long), with shorter custom lengths also available on demand.
