Schoeller Wavin Systems' GLT pallet box is the lighter (and more attractively priced) version of the GLT+ premium model, yet is extremely strong and stable. The only difference is that the GLT lacks the additional welded corners offered in the GLT+.

GLT is the ideal pallet box for many material handling applications. The box is low weight and has smooth sides, making additional packaging protection of inner contents unnecessary. Simply fold down the collapsible sides of the empty box to deliver a space saving on 59%. Other advantages of the GLT pallet box's drop doors is that they can be opened at any time for easy access to its contents, and drainage holes in the base and sides help keep the box free of moisture when stored outdoors. Cleaning is an easy task.

Depending on the shelving and handling system used, the pallets can be arranged on nine feet, with runners along the length and a middle row of feet, along the width and a middle row, or continuous runners around the perimeter with a single central foot to provide center stability. The pallet boxes can be fitted with up to four label holders and radio frequency idetification transponders are available on request.

As the GLT and GLT+ are compatible with one another, the two pallet box types enable seamless combination. The pallet boxes are easily distinguished by their colour and feet lables.
