• FCA 6000 (Automatic Compact) and 8000 (Compact) Series:Consists of a baling machine and retraction tunnel, both mounted atop the same chassis. The new DEM compact baling machines reflect the latest in baling technology.
  • FCA 6030 AP - Perpendicular Feed: Motorised roll feed conveyor and grab introduction shovel for soft or piled products. The 2 roll dispensers are located on the underside of the machine for easy roll replacement.
  • FCA AP TR LONG - Perpendicular Feed: Slat band chain conveyor and pooling system for parcel bundling, with a longer-length retraction tunnel, recommended for high production rates.
  • FCA 6030 AL - Line Feed: Band conveyor and support system for soft products or products difficult for automated feed.
  • FCA 8040 AL - Line Feed: Band conveyor with double roll dispenser on both top and bottom, allowing for quick roll replacement.
  • FCA 8040 AP - Perpendicular Feed: Motorised roll conveyor for heavy loads. The 2 roll dispensers are located on the underside of the machine for easy roll replacement.

    
    

  FMA 6000 and 8000 Series - Heavy-Duty Models: These machines have been specially designed to bundle wrap products of large volume. Automated modular version, mounted on separate chassis, to allow for independently adjusted wrapping cycles.
  • FMA + TR - AP or AL Feed: Automated modular version, mounted on separate chassis with separate power feed. Technical characteristics are identical to the compact versions.
  • FMA 1060 + TR 1060 - Line Feed: Motorised roll conveyor for heavy loads. Protective screens. Tunnel equipped with an entry and exit lock for long and large-sized products.

• 1200 Series (FMA 1260 and TR 1260) - Line Feed: Band conveyor for over-sized and light-weight products. Tinted pleixglass protection panel. Retraction tunnel, equipped with a metal chain grill.

All automatic machines are equipped with an automaton with a dialogue box.

Semi-Automatic: Semi-Automatic versions are also available, equipped with two push-button controls to initiate wrapping cycle. This particular version permits specifically bundled parcels that are manually prepared.
