Technical details
Novus™ allows you to produce a variety of air cushions from large cushions to quilt/pad shapes and bubble wrap on demand. The most compact and fastest inflation system available, it makes air cushion packaging quick and easy.

Using its unique internal air source, the machine inflates innovative, pre-configured, low-density polyethylene film into four different air cushion for use with space filling, to block and brace, wrap corners and replace traditional bubble material.

Only weighing 26 kg, small-sized (550 x 400 x 450), and using a simple 230 V power source, it offers high production (22 metres per minute), for use in a wide range of environments, including high-speed, on-line pack stations, in large distribution centers and small packing table operations.
