Technical details
 For deep freeze refrigeration of food and technical tools at temperatures of -20°C and below, OLIVO proposes eutectic plates with special resistance to freezing temperatures. These deep freeze plates are reuseable thermal accumulators that ensure that frozen products are maintained at their required temperatures even at -25°C.
