Operating Principle:

• Safety scraper with a high protective plate and a 30-cm handle.

Blade Change:

• Pull downwards the slider located under the plate bearing the inscription "Mure & Peyrot".
• Press at the same time on the marbled plate: the removable plate lifts, releasing the blade.
• Carefully remove the blade.
• Carefully take a new blade and place it making sure the holes on the blade match the pins on the knife.
• Replace the removable plate by lifting the "Mure & Peyrot" marbled plate from untherneath.
