Microtrace® * Covert or overt security identification system for counterfeit goods protection or tracing. Tiny micro-particles are visible only with a small magnifying device or UV light, ensure your products are protected and deter the counterfeiters. Available for application to a label, product, packaging or as a constituent part of the product, Microtrace® technology is based on multi-coloured and layered, minute plastic particles that are custom designed and uniquely registered with up to ten distinct colour layers. With just the basic structure, MICROTRACE® can produce over 37 million unique codes. Optional features such as fluorescent, magnetic and other qualities may be added that are detectable by scanners and sensors providing enhanced code and identification capabilities according to customer needs. The MICROTRACE ® particles can be easily detected several ways in the field; using ultraviolet light, 100X magnification glass, visible, magnetic, and laser scanners.

• Microtrace® is registered in the USA as Microtaggant®. Both products are identical and supplied from the same manufacturer to avoid duplicated codes.
