It was designed to conform the D.L. 626 about the improvements in the workers safety and health in their workplace (we have to take into account the elimination of the load elevation and movement by the workers and the adoption of all the available machines that can help them to work without excessive effort) and with all the safety measures by the machines directive).
The machine can be equipped with a internal output point and automatic locking or one or two external output points. Each of them can be equipped with laser photocells for the reading of the material height inside the drawer. The drawers are designed to have separators and dividers according to the costumer’s goods exigencies.
The operator safety is guaranteed by a central security set of level 4 which sends the cyclical control of the photocells, opening micro-plugs and of the emergency buttons.
The handling can be controlled through the keyboard in front of the machine as well as through an external PC connected to the net, solution that allows to control more files from an unique position.
For an easier maintenance, also made by the costumer technicians, all the machine electrical parts can be directly ordered to the dealers.
One of the additional options is the tele-support, to download updating, software, or in the case of a machine stop, it is possible to make a remote diagnosis.
