Technical details
It allows to recover space regarding height in small companies as well as in the spare parts warehouses of big companies.

Using a carousel the search time is reduced, an ergonomic tool and at the operator level (that fulfil the load handling machines rules) and a bigger protection and privacy of the filed material (it is possible to install a password that controls the file opening).

The carousel levels can be equipped to store pull-out folders or drawers for files or cards. The handling can be controlled through the keyboard in front of the machine as well as through an external PC connected to the net, solution that allows to control more files from an unique position.

For an easier maintenance, also made by the costumer technicians, the electrical control through PLC as well as the engine control inverter use components and elements easy to find in the market. The operator safety is guaranteed by a central security set of level 4 which sends the cyclical control of the photocells, opening micro-plugs and of the emergency buttons.

The machine can be equipped with a manual locking system of electrical control. In that case there is the possibility to manage the machine opening through more passwords, each one for a different operator and giving access to a preset levels number.
