Technical details

The mobile tool carts made by Huni Italiana have always been considered among the best in industrial furnishings. They are made from solid sheet steel and certified GS-TÜV. Safety cerfication guaranteed by the German institute TÜV-Rheinland, which is synonymous with strong products, perfectly finished without any sharp edge or angles. Designed and made for a total security.

Standard models:
  • Carts are equipped with two vertical walls with lines of holes at a distance of 25 mm from each other at the same level of three tool holder frames.
  • The frames can be assembled both in a horizontal position and tilted at 20º.
  • Externally, on the front, it's possible to fix a shelf with a perimeter containment edge and a ruled PVC support base. Length 500 mm, depth 200 mm and a capacity of 100 Kg
  • On the internal part of the cart it is possible to fix some shelves with a perimeter containment edge and base of support in ruled PVC with the following dimensions:
    -Length 600 mm, width 290 mm, capacity 80 Kg.
    -Length 600 mm, width 490 mm, capacity 100 Kg.
    -Pocket (fixed with a screw to a vertical wall) for documents, technical papers and projects with max dimensions of DIN A4.
  • Interchangeable frames for NC tools, equipped with handles for lifting and transport, frames can be fixed to the walls of the carts or to the drawers for a wide range of tools.
  • Painted parts are powder coated without the use of solvents and with complete respect for the environment. The coating is available in a variety of colors, has an anti-scratch element and contributes to smooth every edge making the whole product safe and proportioned
  • The buckles are made in red coloured PP.
