Technical details
Horizontal-axle cylindrical tank placed on overturn-preventing rests, made of carbon steel plate S 235 JR UNI EN 10025, submerged arc welded, coated with a rust preventing layer of and a layer of green enamel paint finishing, seal-tested.

Equipped with:

• Ø 400 mm gangway with bolts and gasket
• 3" lockable rapid coupling ring-nut, with load-limiting valve calibrated at 90% of the tank geometric capacity
• Pressure relief valve with flame-breaker mesh
• Externally visible level gauge with inner protection hose for the float
• Tank base drain with safety cap for periodic cleaning
• Raised External intake hose equipped with one-way valve with filter and cock to allow the necessary decanting of gas-oil
• Pre-set grounding and equipotential

Containment Basin
Made of carbon steel sheet, self-supporting base frame already preset and bolted to the bottom of the tank, it can be placed on any type of ground (even for permanent placement), designed according to the capacity of the tank and in compliance with the safety limitations foreseen by the Ministerial Decree 19-03-90. Complete with lifting plates, earth connection and coupling with drain plug, n° 4 spaces suitable for fixing the uprights of the roofing, entirely treated with a rustproof layer and a final coat of green enamel paint.

Roofing
Roofing for protection against weather conditions, composed of a strong galvanised frame and self-supporting cover made of galvanized corrugated metal sheet, which can be rapidly mounted and bolted to the mobile FUEL TANK.
