A pre-mixed granular abrasive with very high resistance to abrasion that is especially suitable for floors subject to severe and intense traffic. DUROTOP is made of a mixture of different types of mineral and synthetic abrasives whose granulometry has been specifically studied, mixed with additives.
Designed to offer excellent durability, DUROTOP assures a finish that is resistant to wear and does not cause dust, and is not damaged even by the most intense traffic.
Pre-mixed with cement and additives, DUROTOP is ready to use and can be supplied in the various colours available from Durocem. Other colours are available on request. DUROTOP is available in both Standard and HP versions.

DUROTOP is perfect for the treatment of wall and floor surfaces subject to severe and intense use: companies with single-track, wire-guided LGV truck systems, storage companies, inter-modal deposits, industrial workshops, hangars and intensive-duty warehouses.

Method of use
Spreader
Guarantees superior resistance to abrasion. DUROTOP must be applied dry by hand with two or more even coats on green concrete (whilst it is setting)at a rate of 3-6 Kg/m2.
Mechanical laying
This guarantees optimum uniformity of the product with the same amount of product and good anchorage to the concrete base. DUROTOP must be applied dry with a mechanical device with two or more even coats on green concrete(whilst it is setting) with a uniform thickness of 2 to 3 mm. Recommended quantity 4-8 Kg/m2.
On site application
- 7 days for light traffic
- 21 days for normal traffic

Maintenance
The product does not have any special maintenance requirements. Clean the surface with acid-free, non-aggressive detergents.
Storage
Do not expose DUROTOP to moisture. Store in a cool, dry place. Storage time: 12 months.
Packaging
Supplied in 33 kg paper bags with moisture-proof plastic lining.
Warning
This product contains cement that could cause irritation. Avoid all contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin.
