DNC®'s Mido/e Model Semi-Automatic Baling Machine includes all the necessary features needed in a wrapping machine, as well as features an automatic programming cycle that permits wrapping of all types of loads, independent of height, stability or configuration. The model meets all performance and versatility requirements expected in a semiautomatic wrapping machine (film or net).

With the control box integrated as part of the mast, the operator is required only during the initial and end phases of the wrapping cycle to set up film roll carriage manually, as well as release the machine break and adjust carriage height. Other manual operations are hooking the film/net to the pallet, and cutting it at the end of the wrap cycle. All other wrapping phases can be programmed and carried out automatically.

Once load has been positioned correctly, all that is required is a touch of the green button to activate the platform's gradual rotation. The only manually actions are the clamping of the film to the turntable, at the beginning of the process, and its cutting at the end. The Mido/e Model features a powered film carriage with brake system to adjust film tension on the load, as well as two wrapping cycles and load height detection by photocell.
