The unit integrates a powered roller conveyor stretch for in-feed, and out-feed is fitted with a rotating arm where the film travels, so that the load remains steady while the film is being wrapped. The Spin Model features an LCD display of machine status during wrapping cycles, and programming for the wrapping parameters required. As the control cabinet is structurally integrated, it offers easy access without the need to enter the working area, which remains protected by muting fencing.

The palletised load is conveyed into position, after which the rotating arm gradually picks up speed to reach the preset value, while the film carriage moves at the programmed speed, adding any programmed top or bottom reinforcing wraps. Once the wrapping cycle is concluded, the arm stops in position, the cutting arm advances, film is cut and pressed against the load which is fed out on the roller conveyor, leaving the unit ready for the next operation.
