The structure is easily adapted to any doorway, and is best suited for locations with drafy areas. The flexible reinforcement allows the canvas door to spring clear of the frame guides, to then be easily refitted by hand.

Vertical Columns
Manufactured from surface treated extruded aluminium. Finished with PVC on the sides. Also available in stainless steel.

Rolling System
Uses steel shart and self-aligning bearings.

Textile-Reinforced Canvas
Uses high-strength polyester fibre reinforcement to handle folding of the canvas. Should impact occur, the canvas will pull out of the guides and must be reinserted manually. Electronics Panel
Equipped with a frequency converter and programmable automation which can be connected to a single-phase circuit (220V Phase + Neutral + Ground), programmed control of upper and lower stopping points, with acceleration and deceleration ramps, allowing for speed selection and delay timer action.

Thanks to the use of the latest advances in electronics, the electronics panel supports connection with industrial data networks (profibus, modbus, two-wire connections, etc.) and also remote control of the door by means of xcada and similar.
The single-phase connection provides an uninterrupted power supply (UPS), thus allowing for normal door operation in the event of a power failure (optional). The number of operations will depend on the type of door, its measurements and location.

Electronic Safety Sensor While Closing (optional)
When an obstacle enters into the path of the canvas while the door is closing, and is not detected by the safety cell, the door features a patented electronic sensor system that will detect obstacles and reverse motor rotation, making it completely safe both for personnel and loads in transit. With the larger models of fold-up doors, Controlsa recommends that the electronic sensor system be replaced by photoelectric barriers, as they offer more suitable protection for this sort of application.

Safety Cell
Prevents the door from closing when it is blocked, or reverses the direction of the door while closing.

Opening and Closing Speed
Variable, depending upon the model, application for which the door is to be used and also on door dimensions.
