The Controlsa High-Speed Turboport® Door series is defined by high spped and maximum control, the logical development of our fast-operating doors. Thanks to their counterbalance system, the Turboport® series is capable of achieving opening speeds of up to 3 m/s with abolute precision in operation and positioning. In addition to all the characteristics of the high-speed doors, they also feature an automatic raising system, for accidental instances of power supply failure. The Turboport® is ideal for installation in logistics stores, high transit areas, distribution centres, and any other area which requires separate yet safe, immediate access.

Vertical Columns
Manufactured from surface treated extruded aluminium. Also available in stainless steel. In stackable door version, it comes finished at the sides with PVC identical to the canvas specifications.

Rolling System
Drum manufactured from extruded aluminium, equipped with a steel shaft and fitted with an alignment system. The stackable door version uses steel shaft and self-aligning bearings.

Textile-Reinforced Canvas
With the Self-Repairing® Door system, the canvas is fitted with a side stop design that is exclusive to Controlsa. The canvas, in the event of impact, easily pops out of the frame guides, with the stops returning to their position automatically on operation of the door. The reinforced door version offers felxible horizontal reinforcement tapes with provide strength, and, fitted with side stops, make it possible for the door to repair itself in the last section of the run, depending on location. In the fold-up door version, high-strength polyester fibre reinforcement handles the folding action in the canvas. In the case of impact, they withdraw from teh guides and need to be reinserted manually. Controlsa's extensive range of canvases provides customers with the perfect solution for every application. Electronics Panel
Equipped with a frequency converter and programmable automation which can be connected to a single-phase circuit (220V Phase + Neutral + Ground), programmed control of upper and lower stopping points, with acceleration and deceleration ramps, allowing for speed selection and delay timer action.
Thanks to the use of the latest advances in electronics, the electronics panel supports connection with industrial data networks (profibus, modbus, two-wire connections, etc.) and also remote control of the door by means of xcada and similar.

Automatic Lifting System
Turboport® doors feature a counter-balance system on one or both sides, which makes it possible for the door to rise automatically and remain in the open position in the event of a power failure.

Electronic Safety Sensor While Closing
(Optional with the Fold-Up Door) When an obstacle enters into the path of the canvas while the door is closing, and is not detected by the safety cell, the door features a patented electronic sensor system that will detect obstacles and reverse motor rotation, making it completely safe both for personnel and loads in transit.

Safety Cell
Prevents the door from closing when it is blocked, or reverses the direction of the door while closing.

Opening and Closing Speed
Variable, depending upon the model, application for which the door is to be used and also on door dimensions.

Protection Level
Normal environments without condensation. For other environments, please consult Controlsa.
