All kinds of people like truck drivers, outdoor sportsmen, the elderly, the handicapped, and workers in dangerous work places feel more assured and secure with the Bosch Communication Centre Mobile Security Service. This service is based on emergency mobile phones combining GSM mobile technology with the satellite technology GPS.
When a Bosch secured person leaves an area or actively sets off an alarm, the emergency mobile phone sends, via text message, the coordinates of the current position to the Safety and Security Operation Centre. There, they see the position, accurate to a few meters on a high resolution map and simultaneously establish a voice connection to the device. After a qualified preliminary test, the agreed measures with the user are introduced.
